Watters Bridesmaid dress in French Blue
Worn once for a wedding. Altered from an original size 10 to fit a size 4/6. The length was NOT altered. I was probably 5’11 with heels and the dress length was perfect. If you are shorter you can always have the hem altered.
Color is a very beautiful soft gray. 👗

@2icechic ok so when I lay the dress flat the waist measures 13.25 inches across.
The bust at its widest measures approx. 15.5 inches across.

@doctordaisy seems the bust you stated is 31” circumference. Mine is 37. My waist is 27 “ and dress is 26. I’m so sad it doesn’t fit. I really wanted this dress

@2icechic hey! So I’m pretty sure my own busy size was 36-ish when I wore this. So the measurements laid flat might not translate to the sizes you mentioned. I will try to measure the dress from the inside and measure the circumference. 👗

@2icechic hi! So I just added more pics to help you decide.
I’ve gone down in size since I wore it and so it’s pretty loose on me. There is a good amount of extra space at the bust and at the waist as you can see.
My current bust size = 35 inches and my waist at the smallest area is 27.5 inches. I hope this helps! 👗

@doctordaisy do you a fabric measure tape? I think it’s better to take circumstances of bust and waist.
Can also measure below the bust and the area where the middle sash is? These are the areas I need to make sure fit. Thanks

@2icechic ok just measured the circumferences of the three different areas. The bust is exactly 37 inches. The area right below the bust is 30.5 inches. The waistband/area where sash sits is 29 inches.
The waist can definitely be cinched tighter w the sash. 👗👍🏽 hope this helps!

@doctordaisy dims are good except the 29” on waist. I am 32” there. Which is odd because i buy size 4 pants that say 27/4. I don’t know how this works
I would hate to buy and be stuck if I can’t adjust it to my sizes.
