27A. This Ann Taylor LOFT 100% cotton overlay and lined skirt is light and airy and is fitting for an afternoon gathering or a "Girls Night Out"! It's fun and flirty and looks good with a simple tank top and a comfortable pair of sandles or pumps! The 3" ruffles wrap around the skirt in 4 layers, the top layer ends at the upper thigh. The panel it meets goes around the mid-section so-as not to add bulk to the stomach area. This skirt is in excellent condition and is machine washable and does not need ironing.
