Beautiful NWT Tommy Hilfiger v-neck special occasion, cocktail, party, black dress with short flutter sleeves. Waist is 15”, from armpit to armpit is 18” and length from shoulder to hem is 42 1/2”. (Measurements were taken while dress was laid flat and are approximate.) Both shell overlay and lining are 100% polyester. Size 8
