From the tallest point of the dress (cup area) to the beginning of the ruffle is approximately 28 inches. Fully lined with a little crinoline underneath. Small train in the back. Detachable shoulder straps included. Hemline is clean. 100% polyester. Size extra large. One tiny mark on bust area underneath tulle. Not very visible at all. See last picture. In very good condition.
