We are an off-price outlet while working with very large volumes of clothing and keep our processing costs low in an effort to keep our prices low. Once items are photographed, they are stored in a large warehouse and we in Customer Service are unable to pull them from the warehouse.

We receive overstock and liquidation items from high-end department stores and list thousands of items daily, so our available inventory changes multiple times a day.
