@catrice8 hello, thanks for your message. I would say this does run true to size for Polo items. This shirt is 100% cotton so it will most likely will shrink some. It is pictured on a size 8/10 mannequin in my photos (non stock photos). It measures about 21” across chest laying and about 25” shoulder to hem. Hope this helps, thank you🌻
