aquilawindyDoes this have tulle netting underneath for volume? How heavy would you say the satin is? Is it light and kinda flowy? Or is it heavy as it mostly just sits there. Looking for a nice happy place in the middle for wind. what are the waist measurements, and how full is it? full circle or more reduced? I love the color and fullness of it from the picture!
