Even fits a 13-15" laptop easily! Near-perfect condition - minor wear around the large gold lock and feet, which isn't noticeable. Interior in mint condition. The bag is approximately 13" long x 6" deep at the base x 12" tall. It comes with the short double handles as well as a long purse strap!
