Women’s faux leather purse with gold studded design and a gold tuck lock clasp front closure. This shoulder bag has a single removable strap that can easily go from purse to handbag, to even a clutch.. It also features an inside middle pocket, creating 3 sections, with black fabric lining. Folds flat for easy storage. It has a defect in the back (please see pics)

The defect… is it discolored or a scuff. Could I polish over it?
