Flirty Miniskirt with shorts underneath

Comfy and flouncy miniskirt/skort just in time for spring. No labels, but the fabric feels like cotton to me. My daughter wore and washed this over and over all summer long. In very good used condition. Elastic waistband. The size isn’t marked, but I have labeled it an XXS due to the measurements. The fabric and waistband has lots of stretch, so it could also fit a XS size. Please see the approximate measurements shown in the pictures.
