Tall Slender Blue Delft Bud Vase w/ Windmill on one side, Sailboat on the other

- Blue Delft Bud Vase - Tall & Slender - Footed - Height: 9 3/4" - Features two windmills, a house and some trees on one side - A graceful sailboat on the other side - Trimmed with blue bands and fan-shaped strokes - Colors: Blue and white MARKS: on the bottom in blue - LVS (letters could be in a different order) - Delfts Blauw - Hand Painted - Made in Holland CONDITION: Very good pre-owned condition. No cracks or chips. There does seem to be something yellow (lacquer-like) dripped near the top and inside. I saw a couple specks but they came off when I scraped with my fingernail. The long drip on the top didn't., but I didn't try anything more elaborate to remove it like soaking or using anything else to remove it.
