kristinw411 @mann1214 good morning! Thanks for the question. Pit to pit laying flat is about 14.5, however the top is elastic and if I stretch it, it goes closer to 18”. Essentially there is a lot of give on the top of the garment. Hope that helps and let me k is if there are other questions.
