musicluver77@ramonascott854 Hi! Unfortunately this is not for use in a car seat. It doesn't have any flaps or openings. I used it for the stroller or baby carrier when I picked up my daughter at the bus stop.

musicluver77To be clear, I meant there are no openings for car seat straps. The hands do have the option to unbutton and have them come out.
