1997 Vintage Tigger Plush Toy GUC “As Is”

Tigger was such a fun character when I was growing up watching Winnie the Pooh and Friends!! Height: 11 1/2 inches tall This toy has been tested, but Tiggers “Boing” is rusty, that is why it is an “As Is” item. Still great for a child’s room!!
