Hand Painted T-Shirt Brand New

This white V-Neck T has been hand-painted with puff paint. Adorable spring - summer flowers. Soft 100% puma cotton, the T is a Bay Studio brand. Puff paint has been added for a one of a kind design. Shoulder to hem measures 20"; armpit to armpit is 16". Short cap sleeves. It is a Petite Small Tags were removed so I could paint the shirt. It is brand new, never worn.
