@renedee80 it looks like the bottom was knotted when it was worn, and that the material got stretched out and malformed.

@renedee80 Ok. You were spot on. I had styled it with something and tied a knot. I steamed it out but want to wash it tomorrow and make totally sure it’s fit for sale. @slandry32 I washed it and it looks a tiny bit stretched out at bottom. Nothing really noticeable. If interested I can sell for 8 dollars. Please just let me know. Thanks
