This is a great dress in fantastic shape for its age. I believe it’s from the 1950’s due to the metal zipper. The fringe is of the highest quality the way it hangs straight and moves when twirled! The tops of the fringe are knotted which is also a high quality mark. Pit to pit 15 1/2” laying flat. Waist is 13 1/4” laying flat. Hips are 17” laying flat. Beautiful black velvet straps
