NWOT Pink Lily Blush Sweater

Pink Lily brand blush peplum sweater with tie around the waist. Size extra-large (XL). Fabric has stretch, relaxed bust. 50% rayon, 28% polyester, 22% nylon. Hand wash cold, dry flat. Tried on but didn't fit, never worn or washed. So cute and comfortable!
