excelsisterYes, fabrics that take dye well include cotton, linen, silk, rayon, viscose, and nylon. Wool can be dyed, but the colours are more subtle. With nylon, it dyes super quickly, so you have to watch it, lest the colour become deep very quickly! Garments that have a percentage of these fabics take dye to a certain extent as well. (I have lots of experience with dying clothes over my life...)

excelsisterThanks so much! That is great, because those fibres accept dye very well, which means that I can put yellow dye through it to make it a more golden brown (or remove the colour altogether and dye it any colour I like). I have just made you an offer.
