@witchv04 Hello the tag says 32 and it also measures 32 in the waist. Inseam is 13 inches. As far as brand I see no brand . But they are really nice new like condition.

Thanks. Too small. So many 32 and 34 measure differently than they label. I was hoping for 17" flat measurements waist. Thanks for trying!
