Vintage 1980's. New, in original packaging. Rave brand padded hair clip. Nautical style. White fabric with navy blue center bordered with gold ribbon. Center adorned with red, white and blue ribbon with gold tone anchor button. Metal base stamped Korea.
Length 4". Width 2". Excellent condition but light stipling on metal.
