Vintage 70s-80s white floral summer day dress Hawaiian tropical flowers retro

Vintage summer day shirt dress from the 1970s or early 1980s by brand ‘Malibu Media California’. Dress is reminiscent of the 1980s take on a 1950s day-dress. Dress is white with pretty colorful floral design…kind of Hawaiian/tropical floral daisy print. It would be midi length on me (I am 5’3). Functional buttons up the front. Belt loops with matching sash/tie. Lightweight and semi-sheer. Perfect for a summer picnic, garden party, or trip to the park, or wherever you want to wear it. 🙂 Size tag reads 5/6. It is vintage sizing so it fits more like a modern size XS/small 2/4. Elastic waist has stretch. Measurements taken with dress laying flat (in inches and approximate): Pit to pit/bust = 16/16.5 Waist = 10 (unstretched) to 13/14 (stretched) Hips = free but max around 20 Length = 41 inches Fabric tag says ‘100% Rayonette’…kind of a silky, semi-sheer material. Overall good used vintage condition. No major flaws, but does show some general signs of age and wear. Some considerable fraying to the interior seams near the buttons. Most of the fraying is confined to the interior and not visible when worn. Buttons are a little loose and could stand to be reinforced.
