Polka dot frill dress with back tie up

Beautiful fit, fall of the dress. Material is georgette. Bought from the store Peacock in London. Worn 2-3 times. Dress is in good condition.. only the waist at the back under the belt has a little stitching defect (shown in last image). It must’ve been when purchased which I dint notice then since I have kept and used it really well. Condition: 9/10
