msmillicent@msmillicent The jacket just not close at the bus line so I measured it with the waist closed and pit pit. The top measures about 17 inches across.

msmillicent@sari_meehan @sari_meehan The jacket just not close at the bus line. It closes at the waist so with the waist closed pitch a pit. The bust measures about 17 inches across. The waist twin closed completely measures 15 inches across keep in mind. You will be wearing a blouse under this as it is a deep V it is definitely not a traditional 10 it’s vintage and they were smaller. top a skirt is elastic and the hip is loose as a skirt is loose, right when stretched out it’s about 19 inches across

It closes at the waist waste when fully closed it about 30 inches across, but you will be wearing a shirt underneath. It skirt is elastic and loose fitting in the hips about 19 inches across.

msmillicent@msmillicent @ohsuzieq22 @ohsuzieq22 This is a vintage 10 and they were made smaller. I think it would fit a size 4 the bust across is 17 inches. The waist is 15 but you’re gonna wear a blouse underneath the skirt is elastic. Let me know if you have any more questions.
