maregmareg Hello - the waist on the label says 29 - I measured the pants laying flat - 1" down form the where you start measuring the inseam I measured across the front of the leg from the outer seam to the outer part of the inside seam - approximately 9.5". Note that the tear on the front right leg in the picture is laying flat but when you wear them it looks open. I just want to be clear so you know what you're purchasing. Hope this information helps.
