They almost look Dutch or something. 14 1/2” elastic waistband lying flat and without being stretched. Stretches out to 19”. They are cuffed and the cuff is tacked. Inseam almost 2 1/2”. Rise is 15” from top of waistband to seam at crotch. Fully lined. Just too pretty.
