Vintage Victor Costa cocktail dress

Classic 1980s Victor Costa navy blue cocktail dress with sweetheart neckline, long sleeve tulle sheath, and sculptural bow detail. The dress is in excellent condition and ready for more parties! I wore it to an early spring wedding and styled it with black tights & booties - but I think it would work in any season. I'm a size 8 and 5'8" and it fit great, falling right below the knee.
