Worn once. Purchased from Dillard's Aug 2019. The front ties and it zips up the back. The dress has 2 layers. 23" armpit to armpit. 17.5" waist. 36" armpit to hem. Smoke free, cat free home. I do have dogs. Please note there is no discoloration on the dress; the sunlight was just coming in weird from the window.
