I purchased this dress years ago at a sample store in SF, Jeremy’s. It had a broken zipper that I’ve since had a tailor fix. Brand new with tags, I’ve never worn it. It’s strapless and so beautiful on! Perfect for wedding season.

bross98 @d_yk I wouldn’t call it a bubble, but the hem does have volume. A bubble would be much more round at the bottom and come in tighter imo

bross98 @imagination1482 15” across busy laying flat and the bottom of the bodice (not the natural waist) is 13”. Please keep in mind there is smockijg on the back and beneath the bust is all very flexible
