Gorgeous textured dress from Tibi New York in size 2. 100% cotton. Frayed detailing. Beautiful sweetheart neckline. Zips up on side. Preloved and shows normal wear, but much more left in it! My items have been dry cleaned, and are ready to wear! Measures 29 inches long, 14.5 inches across the bust (a little wiggle room in this area!)
