The spine is solid and tight. Front endpaper is coming away from spine at top, second leaf is torn, no missing paper. Pages are otherwise in great shape with minimal yellowing and no marginalia or other stray marks. light water damage on upper part of back cover and board. Fortunately, no warping or mold developed.
