Kensie Cobalt Blue and White Sweetheart Neck Line Midi Dress

NWT Cobalt blue and White Sleeveless dress with sweetheart neck line. It has a 1.5" Shoulder Straps. There is a lining underneath the skirt area. It has a zipper with a hook and eye closure on the side under your arm. It has a sideways blue embroidered diamond shape with white in the middle of it. There is gathering around the waist that helps it look fluffy. Material used is Shell 90% Polyester and 10% Rayon. Lining is 100% Polyester There is a line where the thread must of been pulled out.
