Central Park West Polka-dot Dress Extra Small

Spaghetti straps that are adjustable with a flowy top section that has pleated/ gatherer material. Close into bottom section for a tiered look. Light V neckline. This dress is light weight and has a nice flowing drape to it. Some minor flaws - see photos and ask for any additional information.
