@akshatha_a yes it is uk 18, I measured the top part that is fixed not underneath for the bust. I think the bust comes under the fixed part where the ruffles are. So the measure at the underarm would be 30 to 32 inches. Should I measure underneath with the loose part dear?

@akshatha_a I think it depends how you wear it. if you wear the upper part on your bust it's 32 inches. If you wear it underneath it goes up to 46 inches easily.
