Prom, Evening dress

brand new, never worn except to take pictures to show what dress looks like while it's on. the tags state that the dress is $400 but I paid $195 extra to have the dress altered for my height. my height is 5/1 so I would like to try to get a little over 400 for this but I am open to offers. I bought the dress for an adult prom and the prom ended up canceling on me so I never got to wear the dress. the tag says the size is a 9/10
