jerseyglam @dallasbug I would recommend it for about a size 2-4. If it helps laid flat the bust is approx. 16 1/2".

jerseyglam @jessierose1978 Hi! I would recommend a large. Laid flat measured one way across the bust is approx. 18". The elastic waist band un-stretched one way across is approx. 13 1/4" and stretches to approx. 16".
