@nurseninja1 Hi There, Side to Side measures at 17” so 34” around. But, it has a stretch back so very accommodating. If you stretch it it measures at max 22” pit to pit. Please let me know if I can help. I know from past customer the 2X is a true 2X. Thanks 🌺
