I usually buy kitten heels cause I'm not great at walking in heels but these were real nice. only wore them once for a gala and even though I was up on my feel for most of the night I didn't feel any discomfort. I'm sure it will fit anywhere between a 6 and 7. I've worn both size fits so I doubt that would be a problem
