Rare blue, red and white sleeveless Angelic Pretty Sailor dress in like new condition. Bow on front and large bow on back are both pins and can be removed. Laces up the back for adjustable size, I'd say it could fit an XS-M, there are measurements listed in the comments. Decorative gold buttons on the front. Lace detailing around the collar. Pleated skirt with lace detail on lining. Side zipper. Sailor collar is also removable but attaches to straps underneath so it won't slide around. A little wrinkled from storage but can easily be ironed or steamed.
