Ruffle detail below yoke. Short sleeves with ruffled cuffs. Back zipper. Fit and flare silhouette, with a band defining the waist and a flowy knee length black crepe skirt. Fully lined except for yoke. Size 2. Excellent condition with little to no signs of wear. Lace is a nylon / rayon / other blend; skirt and lining are polyester. Garment does not stretch.
