ragyeman70 @brittnichole83 Good morning. The bag is brand new in a bag. This is my last one left in my inventory. It is still in the original plastic bag and no bulging at the front. The metal hardware threw some light reflection when taking the picture. Yes the chain short strap is attached plus it comes with the crossbody strap. Thanks for showing interest.
