Beautiful multi strand red seed bead necklace with large medallion

This beautiful ethnic inspired necklace has strands of actual seeds strung which are gathered in the back of the neck by a single wood bead on each side then joined by a toggle style clasp. The ultra large medallion is so unique, but I have no clue what it is or what it’s made of, but it’s cool.
