cuteclothes247 @lpalluch it is 15 inches, but it stretches out very much! Also, according to the target website the waist is 32-33.75 for a size large. I added a photo so you can look at the sizing!

cuteclothes247 @lpalluch I’m a size 8, but it still shapes my body. The waist band will shape your size! As you can see in the photos it fits nice, but it can still stretch a lot more! Hopefully this helps your question!
