Lulu’s Blue V-Neck Chiffon Gown - NEW w/ TAGS

Love this dress so much! Bought it to wear to a wedding, but unfortunately it didn’t fit. It’s a beautiful muted blue gown with deep V, cinching detail on bodice, and flowing long skirt bottom.
