This is a button down dress. Black velvet buttons and velvet on collar. size 12. has a stain on left sleeve on front small, and on underside of same sleeve. If sleeves push up you would never see. stains shown it pictures. pit to pit is 19inches and top to bottom is 42 1/2 inches long. Shoulder arm pit is 10 inches.
