Vintage 60’s Wiggle Dress by “Mr. T.” (Frank Tisch) Bombshell Marilyn Monroe

Gorgeous statement making true vintage wiggle dress. Gold and silver metallic thread throughout create amazing shimmer and shine. Fully lined. Size and lot label present, but size is no longer visible (refer to measurements below) ILGWU label is intact and dates this piece to no later than 1963. Zipper is fully and strongly intact. She has been laundered and deodorized and is in excellent shape with a few minor issues: 1. There is an area under each arm where the second layer of the lining has come unstitched, but no tearing, fraying or degradation of the fabric is present. 2. There is an area on one shoulder where the gold thread is lifted, and some breakage is present. 3. The hook and eye closure at the top of the zipper (mid back) is missing the loop. Second hook and eye closure at waist is fully intact. Measurements (flat): Waist: 12 in. Bust: 17 in. Hips: 18 in. Waist to hem: 19 in. Total length: 27 in. Marilyn Monroe herself would be thrilled to have this dress as part of her bombshell wardrobe!
