@twitchyventy I'm 5'6 they fit like most leggings. They do have stretch but not baggy. They do go up to about your belly button.

@twitchyventy I know several people who use these to layer with if they are going to be outside in the colder months. I have done it myself and its worked great and I have stayed warm.
