Fabulous 1970s International Ladies Garment Workers Union Vintage Deep Red Dress

Order #7792 Material Unknown, possibly Acetate Vintage Size 20(probably around a modern Medium), all measuremnts below were taken with garment laying flat. Armpit to armpit 16 1/2in Waist 13in Shoulder to hem 54in Sleeve 22in This is a fabulous 1970s vintage International Ladies Garment Workers Union deep red full length dress! Lots of shirring, attached belt/tie back. Scoop neck, and slightly lower neckline on the back. Two hook and zipper closure(zipper has "CG" engraved on it). Each sleeve has two snaps on the cuff. Sleeves are a peasent style. Light signs of use, please refer to photos with the penny. It is in excellent conditon for its age!
