velvetfringe@mjaxsn5 hi! so glad to have you back! yes, so your wanting a fabric waistband to be worn both up or folded down correct? I do make them with a fold down waistband which can be worn up depending on your waist size but if planning to wear up more often I can taper it in a little more at the waist if you like.
