Vintage Floral Hat Womens Metallic Ombre Leaves Flowers Berries by Favorette Uni

Fabulously funky hat by Favorette! It is made of fabric that has the appearance of being embroidered. I'm sorry to say that I can not seem to tell what kind of fabric this is. There are metallic threads that run through it as well. On the top of the hat, there is a small amount of black netting held on by a red plastic paste rhinestone. The inside has black netting and grosgrain ribbon. It measures 7" across. There is a Union label but I am not able to completely read it. This hat is in pretty excellent condition but I do wonder if there is supposed to be more of the black netting on the top because it looks a bit sparse to me.
